LEAF’s partner church in these countries is the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Sudan and South Sudan (ELCS/SS). The first LEAF missionaries were sent to South Sudan in 2011. LEAF financially supports Christian education and diaconal work in (ELCS/SS). LEAF also sends lecturers to Yambio theological seminary.
